UDP Traffic Generator

This program allows you to send UDP packets at a specified rate to a host. I wrote it for testing the upstream speed of my Cable internet connection, the idea being to see how fast I can send data without significantly lagging my connection. On my computer, it works well up for sending data at up to about 2Mbps.
